Entry Ticket Refunds:
Customers that would like a full refund on their Weekender Pass or Single Day-Tripper entry tickets are required to complete this form here by 11:59pm on Thursday 17th November.
If no refund request is submitted for an order, the tickets will automatically be valid for the new venue respective to the entry ticket type.
3 Night Weekender Pass = Access to Saturday & Sunday Showgrounds event
Saturday Day Tripper Pass = Access to Saturday Showgrounds event ONLY
Sunday Day Tripper Pass = Access to Sunday Showgrounds event ONLY
Automatic Refunds:
Refunds will automatically be processed for the following tickets with no need to complete a refund form.
- All glamping and Tent packages
- All Car Parking Passes
- All Campervan Passes
- All Weekender Return Bus Tickets
- All Insurance Fees (you were charged on your Weekender or Day Tripper tickets)
Payment Plan Refunds:
Any purchases made under payment plans will automatically receive a full refund of what they have paid to date & no further deductions will be made. This includes any Weekender or single day tripper tickets purchased.
Unfortunately we cannot amend any orders being paid off on a payment plan until the full payment is finalised, therefore the only alternative is to refund customers on a payment plan now to give them sufficient time to purchase tickets at the new venue.
You may set up a new payment plan when purchasing tickets for the new venue.
Ticket Upgrades:
Anyone that would like to upgrade their original single Day-Tripper ticket to a weekender pass at the new venue will have exclusive access to do this between Monday 7th November at 19:00 until Wednesday 9th November 11:59am.
To gain exclusive access, enter your original confirmation ID as your code on the tickets page here to purchase the upgrade to a full weekender ticket.
When using your access code between Monday 19:00 - Wednesday 11:59am, tickets will be available at the exclusive loyalty price of $154.95 (standard price - $169.95) for Saturday upgrades & $104.95 (standard price $119.95) for Sunday upgrades.
As of Wednesday 12:00 pm you may still use your confirmation ID to upgrade your tickets to the same price of a standard weekender pass.
Your confirmation ID can be found in your confirmation email that was sent by ticketbooth the day you purchased
Credit Voucher:
As there is a price difference between some of the original event tickets & tickets for our new venue, Symbiotic will send everyone that keeps their original ticket a credit voucher to cover the difference.
This voucher can then be used on drinks on either day of the show.
Credit vouchers will be sent out along with tickets on Monday 12th December.
When entering the event, please provide your ticket along with your credit voucher to gate staff to redeem your credit.
